Returns, Exchanges, And Cancellations
We are unable to accept returns for full refund. Items may be exchanged for store credit within 10 business days of receipt of purchase.
Returned items must be in unused, unaltered, undamaged condition.
Upon receiving a returned item, the item will be inspected and a credit will be initiated, usually within 3 business days of receiving, and approving the item. The credit will be for the price of the item itself. The cost (if any) of the original shipping and the cost of return shipping will not be refunded.
If you wish to change or cancel your order please make sure to notify us within 5 working days otherwise our production process would have initiated and we will not be able to refund your deposit. Please email us with any specific inquiries.
Repair Policy
We stand behind and guarantee our craftsmanship, however due to organic nature of some of our items, repairs are limited. Any fissures or damage done to the Palm Ivory is irreversible and would need to be replaced. We are committed to making our customers happy so please contact us as soon as possible if you experience any issues with your purchase. For repairs, please email contact us with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice and your contact information.
If we determine that we can accept your repair, we will reply and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping information. We will prepare a repair assessment (in approximately 2 weeks. Please note that we are not responsible for your item until it is in our possession. Repairs typically take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete.
Refurbishing
Some items can be refurbished or retouched to give it a refreshed look. Please contact us for details.
Sales Tax
Irthly does not charge sales tax for orders delivered in the United States with the exception of deliveries in the state of California, in which applicable sales tax (9%) will be added to the order amount.
Domestic Shipping
Free Shipping for Domestic Shipping.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. In the event of a production delay, we will promptly notify you with an updated timeframe. Although Irthly fullheartedly attempts to oblige on the estimated time of delivery, we cannot be held liable for unanticipated delays in production, shipping or address verification.
Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please be aware that all orders are processed Monday through Friday, and delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
Please Note: Your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.
International Shipping
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorize Irthly Jewelled Adornments to designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees for such item.
If you refuse a shipment from Irthly Jewelled Adornments, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Irthly Jewelled Adornments. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Please contact us for further clarity.
